Minosharp Guide Rails M463 - for use with Global knives

Made by Minosharp, for use with Globla knives, this is a handy tool for anyone learning to sharpen Global knives on a wetstone. These guides clip on to the top of the knife blades and hold the knife at exactly the right angle. Recommended as a training guide only - as soon as you are confident in your technique - you should sharpen your knives without the guides.

• ADVICE - All knives (except those with a serrated edge) should be sharpened regularly for optimum performance. Ideally this should be done every time you use your knife. A good quality knife sharpener is essential if you wish to keep your knives in tip top condition.
• ADVICE - Knife sharpeners should be washed regualarly, to remove oils or metal particles, which may build up on the sharpener and reduce it's efficiency.
• ADVICE - knife sharpeners are constantly being worn and will eventually need replacing - this is to be expected and is not a fault with the knie sahrpener sharpener.
