Global Minosharp Plus 3 Knife Sharpener SH550

A larger version of the original minosharp water sharpener. It is suitable for both European and Japanese style knives, so long as they have a straight edge. Not suitable for serrated knives or for knives which are sharpened on one side only.

The Minosharp Plus 3 has 3 sets of sharpeners - fine, medium and coarse. The cermaic wheels are larger and longer lasting, than the wheels on the original minosharp.

A very efficient ceramic roller knife sharpener from Japan. It includes medium and fine rollers and a water bath system. The design which, is based on the Japanese bullet train, includes a very comfortable handle.

• ADVICE - All knives (except those with a serrated edge) should be sharpened regularly for optimum performance. Ideally this should be done every time you use your knife. A good quality knife sharpener is essential if you wish to keep your knives in tip top condition.
• ADVICE - Knife sharpeners should be washed regularly, to remove oils or metal particles, which may build up on the sharpener and reduce it's efficiency.
