A deep pie dish for apple pie, steak and kidney pie or stargazey pie. It has a pastry rim to hold your pastry in place and give your pie a more traditional look. Extra thick catering quallity pan.

• A traditional deep English pie dish that has been difficult to find until recently. This dish is ideal for all sorts of pies. Simply fill it with a rich, juicy mix of fish, meat or vegetables and cover with pastry.

• ADVICE - Like all pie Alsil should be lightly greased before use. Mono-unsaturated fats like olive oil become sticky at high temperatures and are not recommended for greasing bakeware. Butter or margarine will give better results.
• ADVICE - Please hand wash these pans with care. They are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. They are , however, very easy to clean.
