A deep loose based cake tin suitable for traditional birthday cakes, wedding cakes, christmas cakes and dundee cakes. The anodised finish on these tins makes them particularly easy to unmould.
With a minimum depth of three inches, they are perfect for baking rich fruit cakes, but not recommended for more delicate sponge mixtures.
