Alessi Juicy Salif Citrus Juicer by Philippe Starck

Alberto Alessi was surprised and intrigued when he received the design for this lemon juicer from Philippe Starck. Not because the design was exceptional, but because he had asked Starck to design him a tray! The juicer has gone on to achieve iconic status in the design world.

• Just the right height to be used comfortably - press, turn and squeeze - the lemon juice will quickly collect in a glass placed underneath the Salif.
• Simple one piece design - no need to fiddle with lots of bits and pieces.
